Why we do it
At Euro Athletes Academy, we believe every athlete deserves access to world-class training-no matter where they are in Europe. Founded by athletes, for athletes, our mission is to bridge the gap between European and American sports development. Growing up in Sweden and the U.S, we saw firsthand how limited resources and outdated training methods held talented players back in Europe. That’s why we created a program that delivers the same pro-style, year-round development found in top U.S. college systems-right here at home.

5x/week training sessions that are 60-90 minutes. You get a structured plan for developing your speed, agility, power, strength and conditioning specifically for football.
Everything comes with videos, how heavy it should feel (intensity), reps, instructions and also phase overviews with specific coaching points.

This program is for anybody that is 16+ and has mastered the basic lifts such as squats, RDL, overhead press, bench press and more.
The program has a bigs (linemen) mids (LBs, TEs, RBs, QBs) and skills (WRs DBs) plan that is tailored to optimally develop each group.
The plan also features position specific work sessions to further improve your skillset.

We follow the ELF/GFL season, so if you are jumping in late start lighter and gradually build into the program.
