Year Around Development

EAA Pro is designed for athletes balancing work and training. It offers 5 training days (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat) and covers strength, speed, position work, and football IQ—all year round, all in one program.

Everything is accessed through one app. Just follow the program and improvement is guaranteed!

General prep
Peak performance
Maintain
General prep: This phase focuses on building the foundation of your athletic development. Here you will find that your training goes from general & rehab to specific gradually.
The Performance Phase: We time your training so your strengt, speed and position work reach their highest point exactly as the season begins.
The Maintenance Phase (In-Season): Training here is adjusted to sustain your newly developed athleticism. In-season the goal is to stay healthy and retain as much as possible for the next season.

Why This Works:

This is a foundational principle of "use it or lose it" principle. Athletes who who stop training in-season run a higher risk of injury and will find themselves not developing from season to season.
