Year Around Development
EAA Developmental is designed for athletes who are in their early phases of training. The program focuses on masters the fundamentals, improving technique. The training is aimed to help set the foundation for an athlete by priming their athletic abilities in speed, jumps, plyos and strength training.
The program features 3 workouts per week on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday split. Two workouts in the weight room and one on the field.
