  • Euro Athletes Academy currently provides training programs for individuals and teams. We offer a 5x/week training program for athletes who want to develop themselves and take their game to the next level.

  • Simply pick your position program, sign up for free and within the next 24 hours you will be added by us. Keep an eye on your email for when it has been processed.

  • You can combine certain days every phase, we prefer high frequency and shorter sessions for athletes as it is easier to recover from. Follow our instagram page to find solutions on how to combine days.

    Every phase of training comes with an overview from the coaches on solutions, technique, and purpose.

  • If you have no training experience whatsoever we recommend using our fundamentals program that will be released in the near future.

  • We cover speed, plyometrics, agility, strength, power and conditioning over the course of the whole off-season and in-season.

    During the in-season we also provide active and passive recovery protocols to optimise your performance.

  • Yes, the season is built to follow the ELF/GFL season. If you have a different season schedule please reach out to us and we will adjust your plan accordingly for your season.
