Euro Athletes Academy ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller responsible for your personal information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner.

For the purpose of the EAA Stockholm Combine, we will collect the following personal data:

  • Registration Data: Your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, current team, and primary/secondary football positions. For athletes under 18, we will also collect the name and contact details of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Performance Data: Your physical measurements (height, weight) and results from all athletic tests conducted at the combine (e.g., 40-yard dash time, vertical jump, shuttle times, etc.).

  • Media: Photographs and video footage of you participating in the event.

3. How and Why We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following purposes based on your consent:

  • Event Administration: To register you for the combine, manage the event, communicate important information with you, and record your results.

  • Scouting and Recruitment: The primary objective of this combine is to create opportunities for athletes. To facilitate this, we share your Registration Data, Performance Data, and Media with reputable football organizations for scouting and recruitment purposes.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

To maximize your exposure and provide genuine scouting opportunities, we share a comprehensive athlete profile with trusted partners. By providing your explicit consent below, you agree that we may share your information with:

  • NFL Academy

  • RIG Academy (Sweden)

  • Other reputable American football scouting organisations, European and U.S. collegiate programs, and professional teams seeking talent.

The information shared will be used strictly for evaluation and potential recruitment. We will not share your data with any organisations outside of this scope.
